Updating Your Physical Address

If you’ve moved or need to update your physical address, you can make changes quickly from your Profile page. Follow the steps below to update your information securely.

1. Open Your Profile

Click the dropdown arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
Select My Profile.

2. Update Your Address

Scroll to the Address section and enter your updated street address, city, state, and postal code.

Tip: Make sure your phone number and email are also correct — they’re required for notifications, 2FA verification, and recipient contact.

3. Save Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save.

4. Confirmation

Once saved, a confirmation message will appear letting you know your profile has been updated.

Reminder: Keeping your physical address updated ensures accurate identity verification and uninterrupted access to your account, especially when using two-factor authentication.
