Resetting a Forgotten Password

Follow these steps if you’ve forgotten your IronClad Family password and need to reset it securely.

1. Start the Password Reset Process

Go to IronCladFamily.com.
On the login screen, click Forgot Password?.

2. Enter Your Email Address

Type in the email address associated with your account.
Complete the Captcha verification.
Click Submit.

You will see a popup confirming that a password reset email has been sent.

3. Check Your Email

Look for an email titled “IronClad Family: Forgot Password”.
Click the password reset link inside the email.

Tip: If the email doesn’t appear, check your spam or promotions folder.

4. Complete the Security Verification

Important Security Step:
For your protection, IronClad Family will ask you to answer one of your previously configured recipient security questions. The dropdown may include any recipient and any question.

This extra step prevents unauthorized password resets, even if someone gains access to your email.

5. Reset Your Password

Enter the correct answer to your chosen recipient question.
Type your new password and confirm it.
Complete the Captcha.
Click Submit.

Good to know: Once your password is reset, you can log in immediately using your new credentials.
