Updating Your Email Address

You can quickly update the email address associated with your IronClad Family account from your profile. Your email is used for login, security alerts, and important notifications, so keeping it current is very important.

Important: Use an email address you check regularly. This is where we will send password reset links, security alerts, and account notifications.

1. Open Your Profile

Click the dropdown arrow to the right of your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select My Profile.

2. Update Your Email Address

In the My Profile section, locate the field for your email address and update it to your new email.

Tip: Make sure there are no typos in your new email address. If the email is incorrect, you may not receive password reset links or important account updates.

3. Save Your Changes

Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
Click Save.

After saving, you will see a confirmation message that your changes have been successfully updated.

Click Close on the confirmation popup.

Security Reminder: If you did not request an email change and notice your address has been updated, please reset your password immediately and contact IronClad Family Support.
