One of IronClad Family’s top priorities is security. For this reason, all client information is encrypted within the vaults and two-factor authentication is highly recommended as an added security measure. Follow the steps below to set up two-factor authentication after creating your account and profile.
1) Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select My Profile.
2) Scroll down the page and click the radio button to Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
3) Choose the desired authentication option and click Save.
OR
a. SMS – a code will be sent to the phone number in your profile via text message. You must enter the code and click Submit to proceed.
b. App Authenticator – You can use the application of your choice, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, to scan a QR code. You must enter the code provided by the authentication app and click Submit OTP to proceed.
4) You will receive confirmation of the change to your profile
5) The next time you login to IronClad Family, you will be prompted to authenticate based on the authenticator option you chose.
