Advisor Profile: Update Your Contact and Branding Details

Your advisor profile should be accurate before you onboard clients. Incorrect contact details create client confusion and reduce trust.


What to update

  • Name (use your professional name as clients know you)
  • Title (optional, but recommended for clarity)
  • Email (must be accurate)
  • Phone (recommended if you use it for client communication)

Why it matters

  • Client confidence: clients trust what looks real and consistent
  • Support efficiency: correct contact data prevents “wrong advisor” or “wrong email” issues
  • Internal clarity: if multiple advisors use the system, profiles reduce confusion

How to update your profile

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find Advisor Profile.
  3. Edit the fields and save changes.

  • Using a generic firm inbox: clients reply to the wrong place and onboarding slows down.
