iVaultx includes an onboarding guide (“Help & Getting Started”). Settings control whether the guide appears on startup and whether the Help button stays visible in the header.
What these settings control
- Show Help Wizard button in header – controls whether the Help button is visible
- Show welcome guide on startup – controls whether the guide automatically appears after login
Recommended default configuration
- Keep the Help button ON (leave “Show Help Wizard button in header” enabled)
- For most advisors: welcome guide ON for the first week, then optional
Why the Help button may disappear
The Help button can disappear if someone clicks Disable Help Wizard Completely from inside the welcome guide. That is a deliberate “hard off” switch.
How to restore it:
- Go to Settings → Help & Onboarding
- Enable Show Help Wizard button in header
Why the welcome guide may stop showing
If the welcome guide no longer appears on login, it’s usually because “Don’t show this on startup” was selected previously.
How to restore it:
- Go to Settings → Help & Onboarding
- Enable Show welcome guide on startup
