How Billing and Plan Changes Work
Billing details can vary by promotion or plan, but this article explains the general rules for family and advisor subscriptions.
How you are billed
- Subscriptions are billed to the payment method on file.
- Most family plans renew annually; advisor plans may be monthly or custom.
- You can view your renewal date inside your account settings.
Change or cancel your plan
- Sign into your account.
- Open the Billing or Subscription section.
- Select Change plan or Cancel.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your choice.
If you cancel, your access usually continues until the end of the current paid term unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
Updating payment details
- Go to Billing and update your card information.
- If a payment fails, you will receive a notice to update your method.
- Service may be paused if payments are not brought current.
For questions about a specific charge or invoice, please open a support ticket from the email address associated with your account. Do not include full card numbers or other sensitive payment data in your message.
