- The client wants control of their records
What you do:
- Invite the client to participate
- Hold them accountable with short check-ins
- Review and fill gaps
Advisor-managed / concierge model
Use this when:
- The client is busy, overwhelmed, or low-tech
- The client will not complete steps without help
What you do:
- Collect documents and upload them
- Add recipients
- Set delivery
- Review with client quarterly or annually
