Create and Maintain a Living Will

IronClad Family offers Legacy Planning tools that can assist you with setting up estate plan documents. Follow the steps below to create or manage your Living Will. 
 
1)     Click on Legal from the left pane. 
      2)     Click Health Directive under Planning tab on the right. 
       3)    Click Manage under Last Will Button.  Click Manage Living Will Button. Note that you can also upload a legal Living Will document, if you already have one using the Upload Button.

       4)     Review the options available. Select Create or Modify your Living Will. 
       

5)     Click the link titled Start Here. 
       

6)     It is important that you spend a couple minutes reviewing the Introduction. Please note that you must complete each page of the wizard within 30 minutes in order to avoid losing your work. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next when you are ready to begin. 
       

7)     Review and follow the step-by-step instructions on each page. Click Next to move to the next page. You may also choose Save/Exit to save your work. Follow the same steps when you are ready to resume the process. 

8)     Once complete, you will be taken back to the main Living Will menu and will see a notification indicating that you have successfully created your Living Will.
