Can Support See My Documents?
Short answer: No. IronClad Family support cannot see the contents of the documents you store in your vault.
What our team can see
- That a document exists and basic metadata (file name, type, size).
- Your account and subscription information.
- Security and activity logs used for troubleshooting.
What we cannot see
- The actual content of your files (text, images, signatures, account numbers).
- Your private messages or instructions stored in encrypted areas.
- Passwords or crypto keys you keep in secure fields.
Because of this model, support cannot “pull” a copy of your will, policy, or directive for you. If you need a file, you must sign in and download it directly.
If you ever receive an email claiming to be from IronClad Family asking for your password or a copy of your documents, do not respond. Contact support through the official website instead.
