The Opportunities page includes summary metrics. Use them to understand whether your vault workflow is producing real planning activity.
Meaning: The sum of your opportunity values.
If it looks too high: values are likely inflated or inconsistent.
Hot Leads
Meaning: The number of opportunities currently marked “Hot Lead.”
Advisor rule: If Hot Leads is always zero, you are likely not moving deals through stages. If Hot Leads is always high, you may be over-labeling and not closing.
Conversion Rate
Meaning: A high-level indicator of how effectively opportunities are turning into outcomes (as configured in your implementation).
What to do with it: Track trend over time. If it drops, your follow-up process is failing.
