Vault Completion Call Script (Advisor Checklist + Agenda)

Use this 10–15 minute call to get a client from “partially set up” to “operational.” This reduces churn and increases trust.


Before the call (2 minutes)

  • Open the client vault and review what is missing
  • Confirm whether recipients are set
  • Confirm whether delivery is set

Call agenda (10–15 minutes)

  1. Confirm the objective: “We’re making sure your family could use this vault in an emergency.”
  2. Review what’s already stored: call out the key docs present.
  3. Identify what’s missing: pick the top 3 gaps that matter most.
  4. Confirm recipients: “Who should receive access if something happens?”
  5. Confirm delivery: “Let’s make sure the release settings match your intent.”
  6. Set next steps: who is doing what, and by when.

What “done enough” means

  • Core documents stored
  • Recipients listed
  • Delivery configured
  • Client understands how updates happen
