Who can open my vault, and how?

Only the recipients you've added to a vault can open it, and only once that vault's delivery condition is met — whether that's your passing, a specific date, or an immediate release you choose.

When the time comes, each recipient unlocks their vault by answering the security question(s) you set for them. That answer is the key — which is why it's worth choosing a question with a stable, memorable answer, and telling the recipient what it is in advance.

Until delivery, no recipient can see or open anything — unless you deliberately share a read-only preview with them ahead of time.
